Terms and Conditions big321 — Platform Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the big321 platform (including the website, mobile app, and any related services), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the big321 platform. Continued use following any amendments to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the big321 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Being a legally eligible individual to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list issued by any regulatory body.
• Registering under your own name and providing information that is true, accurate, and up to date.

Big321 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You are required to submit valid identification documents upon request. Failure to do so may result in your account being frozen until verification is complete.

Each user may only register one account only. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. big321 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances and wins obtained through those accounts.

3Account Security & Password

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your big321 account login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.

Big321 recommends that you:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Immediately notify the big321 support team if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Big321 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Big321 accepts a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except in specific circumstances approved by big321 management.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 24 working hours upon completion of identity verification.
• Big321 reserves the right to impose withdrawal fees in certain situations, which will be communicated to the player before the transaction is processed.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
